The first step is to apply a high heat soap compound to the surface. The hot soap permeates the grime and allows it to come free. The 200 degree water kills any mold or bacteria that might be lingering. Second, we use a cold water rinse to remove all the grime, dead bacteria, and soap leaving the surface completely clean again. We understand that you have a business to run. We schedule our cleanings around your busy schedule so as not to interrupt your customers. We work nights, weekends, early mornings or whatever the job may call for. We handle commercial accounts from any size, whether it’s a one man band to a major corporate conglomerate.
